reputed company is a leader in software solutions, and they are seeking a Business Development Representative for reputed company Tandem to drive early-stage customer engagement and pipeline growth. The role involves identifying and nurturing potential customers while collaborating with Account Executives to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage reputed company accounts through outbound activities such as email, phone, reputed company, and event follow-up
- Research accounts, facilities portfolios, and stakeholders to tailor reputed company messaging
- Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives supporting reputed company Tandem
- Respond to inbound marketing leads and assess fit based on defined qualification criteria (industry, use case, building lifecycle stage, and buying reputed company)

Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or reputed company development role (B2B SaaS preferred)

- Organized, metrics-driven, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
