The Member Services Associate role involves responding to member inquiries, supporting billing inquiries, and ensuring a positive membership experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Quickly respond to member inquiries reputed company phone, email text and live chat, making it easy for them to work with us
- Provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, renewal inquiries, and our online portal with ease and accuracy
Skills
- Ability to quickly respond to member inquiries reputed company phone, email, text, and live chat
- Experience in providing support for billing inquiries, policy changes, renewal inquiries, and online portal assistance
- Proficiency in using multiple computer applications to complete tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work a full-time schedule including Monday-Saturday with specific shifts assigned based on business needs
