[Remote] Human Resource Onboarding Analyst (REMOTE)

The role involves managing onboarding paperwork, serving as the main reputed company of contact for new hires, and ensuring compliance with onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding paperwork completion on a timely basis
- Be the main reputed company of contact for reputed company new hires during the onboarding process
- Watch for updates and completion of background checks in partnership with the Sr HRBP
- Audit onboarding paperwork which includes: i9, E-Verify, reputed company forms and background checks for each new hire
- Primary reputed company of contact for daily employee onboarding-reputed company questions
- Manage the ScanScape FAST-reputed company mailbox
- reputed company of contact for reputed company technical questions in relation to the i9 and background reputed company platforms
- Liaison between onboarding and processing of new hires into the HRIS system
- Manages onboarding drops and recruiting notifications
- Assist in supplying digital identification badges for reputed company new hires
