The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and follow-up on marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who excels in a performance-driven environment and engages prospects in meaningful conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound reputed company (calls, emails, and reputed company) into defined reputed company segments and account lists
  • Consistently follow structured reputed company campaigns to engage new contacts and generate interest
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up to maximize response rates and engagement
  • Engage prospects to assess fit, interest, and potential alignment with LION’s solutions
  • Ask targeted questions to understand basic needs, reputed company state, and level of interest
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers and key stakeholders reputed company reputed company accounts
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Managers based on defined criteria
  • Ensure smooth reputed company of qualified prospects, including clear notes and relevant context

Skills

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

  • Comfortable with high levels of outbound activity and working toward performance targets
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up
  • Coachable, competitive, and motivated to improve performance over time
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (reputed company preferred) and tools like reputed company Sales Navigator is a plus
