We are looking for a discovery counsel with great judgment and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to drive reputed company discovery strategy and reputed company programmatic solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has significant experience in discovery management, litigation and operational execution. This role requires a lawyer with highly efficient operational skills, risk management experience and the ability to strategically manage discovery end to end. Description Description As a member of reputed company's discovery team, you will personally be formulating and driving discovery strategy, both from a legal risk perspective and an operational one. You'll be working with a number of cross-functional teams and stakeholders across reputed company product areas. The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, independent judgment and a operational-focused approach. Travel is possible. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists and support staff who work closely together to protect reputed company's interests.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications • 8+ years of in-house, law firm or vendor discovery experience, including significant experience leading reputed company discovery management in litigations and investigations. • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar. • Strong technology interest and aptitude. • Excellent operational, communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills.
