Building Mechanical CAD Design Technician

They are seeking a Building Mechanical CAD Design Technician to work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to produce quality drawings and ensure project documents meet professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to produce quality drawings
- reputed company drawing edits based on mark reputed company from client and/or Engineers
- Create and/or modify reputed company drawings
- Be relied on as productive team member and CAD user to work a typical set of project documents from beginning to end with professional quality output that conforms to company or client standards
- Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Follow CAD standards and process Required Credentials
Skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as a team
- Attention to detail, quality work products, and client service
- Experience with MS Office 365 (Email, reputed company, Word), PDF editing (Acrobat and Bluebeam)
- This position requires proficiency in Bentley Software Open Buildings Designer (Connect Edition), Revit, Piping Modeling and Piping Layout
- Experience using Navisworks or Revizto is also a plus
- Not required but beneficial Plant3D Software
