The reputed company Analyst role involves responding to reputed company alerts, conducting investigations, and collaborating with teams to mitigate reputed company incidents while ensuring client communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reputed company alerts and incidents in client environments relating to Email, Cloud and reputed company reputed company
• Conduct investigations of reputed company incidents and anomalies to determine the scope, impact, and root causes
• Collaborate with the reputed company Operations team to assess the urgency of each alert, as necessary
• reputed company incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery, to minimize the impact of reputed company incidents
• Document reputed company actions taken during incident response process for future analysis and improvement
• Coordinate with clients during the incident response process, keeping them informed about the reputed company and involving them in decision-making
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for client support requests reputed company to reputed company incidents, platform usage and break/fix issues, promptly addressing and resolving technical issues or escalating them to the appropriate teams
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and support to resolve customer issues, feature requests, and improvement opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field OR equivalent work experience
• Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud services
• Demonstrated expertise in how various platforms and technologies integrate to create comprehensive solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs
• Ability to understand, interpret, and apply common reputed company standards and frameworks such as NIST, 800-53, CIS, SOX, and ISO-27001
• Experience with reputed company technologies including, reputed company, reputed company reputed company, reputed company, Rapid7 IDR, Rapid7 IVM, Wizer, reputed company, etc
• Solid understanding of major operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux)
