Essential Functions
Manage and expand existing customer relationships reputed company your territory
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities
Build trusted relationships across engineering, purchasing, quality, and leadership teams
Travel throughout the territory to meet with reputed company and prospective customers
Present product solutions through demonstrations, samples, and technical discussions
Prepare pricing proposals, quotes, and sales agreements
Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline activity, and project tracking

Experience, Education and Skills
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in Electrical Engineering, or a reputed company discipline (Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred)
3+ years of reputed company sales experience in industrial automation or a closely reputed company industry
Experience with Siemens products strongly preferred
Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy
Technical proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint and ability to learn and use a CRM application
Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
