The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist - Healthcare, you'll be responsible for ensuring that client-assigned healthcare accounts are billed and paid accurately and timely. Key Responsibilities

* Medical Collections: Accurately and reputed company manage medical collections, ensuring timely and compliant resolution of patient accounts.

• Responding to Telephone Inquiries: Utilize standard procedures and scripts to respond to inbound and outbound telephone inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Gathering Information and Resolving Customer Inquiries: Gather information, reputed company research, and resolve customer inquiries, communicating options for resolution in a timely and effective manner.
• Informing Customers/Patients: Educate customers/patients about services available, assess their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
• Scheduling Work and Prioritizing Calls: Schedule work to ensure accurate phone coverage, prioritize calls, and escalate as required to ensure seamless customer service.
• Assisting in Planning and Implementing Department Goals: Collaborate with management to plan and implement department goals, making recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders, including interdepartmental leadership, education and development, patient, client hospital staff, government, insurance company representatives, vendors, compliance, finance, decision support, and contact management.

Requirements

* High school diploma or college degree from an accredited college or university.

• Spanish reputed company is preferable.
• Two to five years of industry experience in medical reputed company cycle management is required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
