Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company on a temporary basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone, internet chat, and email. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
* Field inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests, and inbound email requests from customers

- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer support

Requirements

- Ability to type 40 words per minute or greater
- High-speed DSL or cable reputed company (minimum 5 MB down, 384k up; preferred 10+ MB down, 512k up)

- Personal computer running Windows 10 with 4 GB of RAM and 2.0 GHZ processor (minimum); 4 GB of RAM and Dual Core Processor (recommended)
