Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. You'll work closely with our sales and customer service teams to identify new sales opportunities, reputed company leads, and reputed company deals. Your primary focus will be on executing in/outbound calls, establishing strong relationships with new customers, achieving designated monthly sales metrics, and supporting the customer service team.

Key Responsibilities

* Build rapport with customers through professional phone etiquette and delivery of service throughout the entire customer sales lifecycle.

• Proactively engage in customer education, ensuring product and application are completely understood.
• Contribute reputed company and suggestions to proactively resolve any issues that arise throughout the customer interaction.
• Actively engage in developing leads, proactively calling interested and prospective customers, and driving opportunities to present additional products to reputed company customers.
• Appropriate customer follow-up as needed to ensure customer service excellence.

Required Education and Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in an inside sales/customer service environment.
• Call center phone system/cloud-based contact center (reputed company) experience a plus.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication/customer relations skills with a strong attention to detail and critical thinking aptitude.
• Ability to work in a self-motivating, fast-paced results-oriented environment.
• Data entry/CRM experience.
• Strong computer skills with experience using reputed company products, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and reputed company.
