Responsibilities
As a Customer Services Representative - Spanish and Portuguese Speaker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing safe and accurate technical support and guidance to customers using arenaflex Diabetes products and services in an efficient and timely manner
- Giving support directly to patients as well as arenaflex personnel and other Health Care Professionals
- Resolving technical queries using an reputed company of troubleshooting tools
- Ensuring reputed company details are recorded reputed company our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
