Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers reputed company phone, chat, and email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, while also providing a positive and engaging experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with software navigation and troubleshooting
• Helping customers locate prior returns and amendments
• Escalating calls reputed company necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
• Providing support reputed company various channels, including phone, chat, and email
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support

Earnings Potential

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with opportunities to earn more during peak times. Our contractors who meet or exceed key metrics earn an average of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times.

Schedule

This seasonal contract starts in January and runs through reputed company 15th, 2025. You'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with opportunities to work between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday-Sunday.

• Professional appearance (if on camera)

Technology Requirements

To reputed company your duties as a Customer Support Representative, you'll need:

• Personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet reputed company, recommended at least 10 MBPS
• Wired internet reputed company (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
• Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
• USB headset with microphone
• A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract

Important Information

* We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, reputed company, Pennsylvania, or Washington.

• Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background reputed company.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an reputed company for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
