Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing customer service over the phone, through email, and our ticketing system reputed company remote reputed company.
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Following best practices for resolving tickets, including clarifying customer reasons, determining causes, selecting and explaining solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information in reputed company.
- Following best practices for documentation in our ticketing system.
- Contributing to company-wide initiatives, such as adopting new technologies, updating product documentation, and providing support for launching new products.
- Becoming a product expert and providing product enhancement reputed company to our Product Management team.
- Participating in our rotating on-call schedule to ensure our customers receive support after standard business hours.
- Consistently meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a software or reputed company-reputed company industry.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A bachelor's or associate's degree, preferably in a reputed company field.
- A remote work environment that is compliant with cybersecurity and other company workplace policies.
- Availability to work a regular schedule of 10:30 am CT to 7:00 pm CT, Monday through Friday, with participation in our on-call/after-hours rotational schedule.
