Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. You will be the first reputed company of contact for many of our clients, and your role will be critical in building trust, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's values and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to clients and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience

• Maintain general knowledge of daily business operations, including assisting clients with medication pickup, scheduling appointments, collecting and processing ECHO financials and insurance documents
• Assist with facility opening and closing duties, including scanning required documents into EHR
• Obtain DMH Member ID and DMH eligibility for individuals as applicable
• Create and edit client charts or episodes in EHR, as applicable
• Document client communication in EHR, as appropriate
• Assist clients with reputed company to clinicians reputed company iPad and provide a confidential setting for services
• Assist with reputed company to Crisis for walk-ins and call-ins, as appropriate
• Collect and process deductible and co-payments from individuals served
• Assist with processing incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
• Maintain medication inventory and ensure compliance with medication protocol
• Process reputed company of insurance information for DMH consumers
• Complete Patient Assistance Program applications and send to the pharmacy in a timely manner
• reputed company medical records requests in a timely manner to Medical Records Office, ensuring ROIs are completed entirely and accurately
• Understand and promote our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) concept by providing or supporting community-based mental and substance use disorder services

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least two (2) years of experience in a previous receptionist/clerical position

• Excellent communication skills, including active listening, and ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and over the phone
