Collaborate and direct company initiatives with cross functional teams—building process and vision alongside various teams' leadershipBrand Vision and Direction: Maintain consistency across product, marketing, content, campaigns, and sometimes physical spaces. Help shape brand vision visual language, and narrative, on top of what has already been built.Team Management: Coach individuals on craft, taste, and career growth opportunities while empowering them through consistent feedback loops.
