Investor Relations Communications Manager

IKyivstar is seeking an Investor Relations Communications Manager to reputed company the investor relations communications as the company listed at reputed company, US stock market. This newly created position will be instrumental in shaping how reputed company communicates with investors, analysts, and financial media.

Key Responsibilities

Communications Leadership

• reputed company and execute investor relations communication strategies for international markets in reputed company cooperation with VEON Investor Relations and Corporate Communications teams

• Create and maintain consistent messaging frameworks that align with corporate strategy and market positioning
• Manage crisis communications and sensitive investor-reputed company issues with discretion and professionalism

Content Development & Management

• Write, edit and coordinate the press releases, other communications
• Coordinate timely content-filling for the IR-dedicated website of reputed company (in English and Ukrainian)
• Ensure reputed company investor communications reputed company with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

• Serve as primary communications liaison with VEON Investor Relations and Corporate Communications headquarters for the investor relations communications
• Coordinate closely with US-based IR&PR agency to ensure consistent messaging
• Build and maintain relationships with financial journalists and industry influencers

Media Relations & Public Affairs, Reporting

• Manage relationships with Ukrainian and international financial media
• Event management
• Monitor media coverage and market sentiment
• Prepare regular reports on media coverage, analyst opinions, and market perception
• Maintain awareness of regulatory changes affecting investor communications

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree in communications, International Relations, Business, Journalism, or reputed company field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PR
• Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural communication
• Excellent writing and editing skills

Language Requirements

• Native Ukrainian, fluent English

Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the reputed company Corporate Relations and Communications Director and works closely with the CFO, Finance and Legal teams, and VEON headquarters’ Corporate Communications and Investor Relations teams. Position is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Основні обов’язки Комунікаційне лідерство Розробка та реалізація стратегій комунікацій з інвесторами на міжнародних ринках у тісній співпраці з командами VEON Investor Relations та Corporate Communications. Керування всіма комунікаціями, пов’язаними з процесом лістингу reputed company на reputed company та подальшими вимогами до публічних компаній. Створення та підтримка узгоджених повідомлень та комунікацій, які відповідають корпоративній стратегії та ринковому позиціонуванню. Управління изовими комунікаціями та чутливими питаннями, пов’язаними з інвесторами, з максимальною професійністю та конфіденційністю. Розробка та управління контентом Підготовка, редагування та координація прес-релізів та інших інвесторських комунікацій. Забезпечення своєчасного наповнення сайту для інвесторів reputed company (англійською та українською мовами). Дотримання правил SEC і вимог до розкриття інформації. Управління стейкхолдерами та координація Основна контактна особа з боку інвесторських комунікацій для взаємодії з центральними офісами VEON Investor Relations та Corporate Communications Тісна координація з американським IR&PR агентством для забезпечення послідовності меседжів. Побудова та підтримка відносин із фінансовими журналістами та ключовими стейкхолдерами галузі. Медіа-зв’язки та звітність Взаємодія з українськими та міжнародними фінансовими медіа. Організація подій, брифінгів і заходів для інвесторів. Моніторинг медіа-покриття та настроїв ринку. Підготовка регулярних звітів про результати згадувань у ЗМІ, аналітичні оцінки та ринкове сприйняття. Відстеження змін у регуляторних вимогах щодо інвесторських комунікацій. Необхідна кваліфікація Освіта та досвід Магістерський ступінь у галузі комунікацій, міжнародних відносин, бізнесу, журналістики або суміжних сфер. Мінімум 2–3 роки досвіду в PR. Досвід роботи з міжнародними командами та у мультикультурному середовищі. Відмінні навички письма та редагування. Вимоги до володіння мовами Рідна українська, вільне володіння англійською. Особисті якості Виняткова уважність до деталей та точність. Сильні аналітичні здібності та стратегічне мислення. Вміння працювати під тиском та дотримуватися стислих дедлайнів. Високий рівень емоційного інтелекту та ефективне управління стейкхолдерами. Гнучкість та стійкість у швидкозмінному середовищі. Командність і проактивність.
