Key job responsibilities We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the reputed company reputed company Regional Operations Finance team. This role will be responsible for owning clinic-level P&Ls for reputed company Coast MSAs, as well as driving actionable insights and strategic initiatives. The person in this role will partner with reputed company Coast general managers, to provide finance support on day-to-day operations for reputed company’s clinics, relationships with hospital system partners, and operational efficiency projects. The right candidate will have an ability to work cross-functionally and earn trust with finance, accounting, tech, and business teams; experience with owning and leading end-to-end process implementation; and a track record of navigating ambiguity with good judgment. Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a reputed company analytical field experience
• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• 6+ years of solving reputed company business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: reputed company, reputed company, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market.
