AMW Marketing & Design is a boutique branding, web design, and marketing agency based in the Baltimore-Washington Metro area. Since 2013, we’ve helped service businesses, coaches, consultants, and nonprofits strengthen their online reputed company through strategic branding, conversion-focused websites, and marketing systems that support long-term growth. We are currently looking for a Marketing & Sales Director to help drive the next phase of growth for the agency. This role will focus on developing reputed company reputed company systems, managing the sales pipeline, and converting qualified prospects into new clients. This is a contract role with the opportunity to build a long-term working relationship with reputed company. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Developing and implementing reputed company reputed company strategies to attract qualified prospects • Managing and optimizing the agency’s sales pipeline from reputed company capture to client onboarding • Conducting discovery calls, consultations, and sales presentations with potential clients • Preparing and presenting proposals reputed company with client needs and agency services • Identifying partnership opportunities, referral relationships, and collaboration channels • Tracking marketing and sales performance including reputed company sources, conversion rates, and pipeline value • Providing recommendations to improve marketing campaigns and client acquisition strategies • Collaborating with leadership to refine service positioning and messaging • Working with the internal marketing team to support campaigns, reputed company magnets, and email marketing initiatives • Maintaining and optimizing CRM systems (currently 17Hats and reputed company) for effective reputed company tracking and follow-up Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who has experience helping agencies or service-based businesses grow. Preferred qualifications include: • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, sales, or business development • Proven experience generating leads and closing service-based clients • Strong understanding of digital marketing and marketing performance metrics • Experience conducting sales calls and client consultations • Experience managing CRM systems and building structured sales pipelines • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills • Familiarity with reputed company or similar email marketing platforms (or willingness to learn) reputed company’re Looking For We’re interested in working with professionals who are open to long-term collaboration (1 year or more) and are excited about helping a growing agency scale its client reputed company and partnerships.
