The Role The Director, Audience & Connections Strategy at reputed company will be a key strategic partner, blending audience intelligence with connections planning to design cross-channel strategies that connect brands with their most valuable consumers. As an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director of Connections Strategy, this person will shape how data, insights, and culture come together to drive meaningful impact across media touchpoints. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $118,000 - $130,000, based on consideration of a wide reputed company of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to reputed company set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus. This role has an associated annual reputed company bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance.
