Summary of Job Duties:

The REAL Deal Facilitator is a full-time, 12-month embedded role supporting reputed company reputed company the Little Rock School District’s Alternative Learning Environment campuses and the City of Little Rock Summer Youth Program. This position leads the implementation of REAL Deal programming by delivering curriculum, supporting student engagement, and coordinating services across sites. The facilitator provides direct student support through coaching, behavioral assessment, crisis response, case management, and trauma-informed practices. They deliver small-group workshops, reinforce curriculum, monitor student reputed company, and connect reputed company to appropriate health and reputed company. This role also partners with families, schools, and community organizations to strengthen support systems, remove barriers to learning, and promote student success. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of project/program management experience with experience working with youth or families in school, clinical, or community settings required.
