Summary of Job Duties:
The REAL Deal Facilitator is a full-time, 12-month embedded role supporting reputed company reputed company the Little Rock School District’s Alternative Learning Environment campuses and the City of Little Rock Summer Youth Program. This position leads the implementation of REAL Deal programming by delivering curriculum, supporting student engagement, and coordinating services across sites. The facilitator provides direct student support through coaching, behavioral assessment, crisis response, case management, and trauma-informed practices.
