Job Duties:

• Demonstrates a strong understanding of assigned and reputed company application(s); Proficiency in navigating through the application and identifying integration points.

• Demonstrates an understanding of the integration across modules and systems.

• Evaluates proposed solutions, while considering reputed company impacts, to reputed company efficiencies and implements the most appropriate solution.

• Produces documentation including reputed company and future state workflows, pros/cons, gap analysis, needs assessments, design specifications, build documentation, test plans, project plans, status reports and transitionary documentation.

• Oversees testing including unit, scenario-based, integrated, reputed company, and parallel testing.

• Communicates effectively with peers, informaticians, stakeholders, project teams, and leadership. Provides regular updates regarding work status and demonstrates appropriate issue escalation. Learns and begins to apply conflict resolution skills to mitigate issues without escalation.

• Completes system build and documentation in accordance with department guidelines and in adherence to change management policy.

• Facilitate and actively contributes in meetings by being an engaged listener and offering both feedback and input.

• Prepares training material and conducts training classes in either virtual or in-person settings.
