The Opportunity
As a Customer Solutions Representative - Collector, you'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are reputed company the same. You'll be contacting arenaflex auto loan customers to remind them about late or missed payments, getting to the root of the issue, and helping customers bring their accounts reputed company by negotiating payment arrangements. Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with clients to understand their reason for delinquency and reputed company financial situation to reputed company commitments for past due payments
- Offer suitable alternatives, in addition to explaining consequences of delinquency to customers in the attempt to resolve delinquency
- Document reputed company accounts accurately, clearly, and concisely noting the reason for hardship and potential repossession loss, as well as adhere to reputed company state and federal laws in the handling of accounts
- Demonstrate commitment to serving customer needs with the ability to problem solve or escalate special circumstance reputed company and with insight

The Skills You Bring
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in financial services or similar industry preferred
