Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, and providing timely and accurate responses to customer complaints and concerns. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will reputed company you to build strong relationships with our patients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Resolve billing issues, including setting up payment plans and responding to customer complaints and concerns.
• Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our system.
• Identify and escalate reputed company issues to the Supervisor Customer Service for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, as well as arenaflex's reputed company and Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or reputed company field.

• Previous service/call center experience with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and expectations in a highly efficient and effective manner.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of reputed company Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company.
• Completion of regulatory/mandatory certifications and skills validation competencies preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
