Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Procurement Data Entry Clerk to support our reputed company and Procurement Organization in Chantilly, VA. Under the supervision of the Subcontracts Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the procurement functions in a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial environment, with emphasis on compliance, operational efficiency, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Procurement Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Populating JAMIS Subcontract template from various sources (data files, subcontract hard copy files)
- JAMIS data entry, including upload function
- Contract brief updates
- Other duties and data entry projects as assigned
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- U.S. Citizenship due to our Federal contractual obligation
- Basic knowledge of reputed company suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with reputed company levels of a company
- Must be a team player willing to ensure projects are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Must have a high degree of reputed company, work well with others, protect the company's interests while assuring customer satisfaction
Education
A bachelor's degree in business or a reputed company field is required.
Office Location
This role will be performed remotely.
