Your Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to reputed company and prospective arenaflex customers. This is a combined service and sales role, with the expectation that sales vs. service responsibilities will be split based on business needs. reputed company sales leads are provided, and there is no outbound cold calling.

Responsibilities

* Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to the appropriate level reputed company necessary.

Requirements

* Property/Casualty Insurance License required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required.
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records.
• Remote working experience a plus.
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills.
