Job Summary
As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you will be the first reputed company of contact for new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will work diligently to find resolutions to customer concerns, convey information reputed company and effectively, and strive for reputed company resolution to provide "best in class" service. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and applications.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
- Property/Casualty Insurance License desired (if not licensed, must obtain license reputed company 90 days of employment).
- Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish Required.
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required.
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records.
- Remote working experience a plus.
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills.
