Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you will be the first reputed company of contact for new and existing customers, providing a quality customer service experience that builds rapport and long-term relationships to encourage renewal/repeat business. You will work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns, convey information reputed company and effectively, and strive for reputed company resolution to provide "best in class" service.
Responsibilities

- Work in a fast-paced team environment, providing a positive customer experience and communicating clearly and professionally over the phone
- Utilize strong technical background and ability to multi-task in several systems at once
- Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
- Accountability and reliability are essential for this role

- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
Requirements

Compensation
* Starting pay ranges from $20 - $23.00/hour based on the candidate's experience, education
- Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays
- In addition to regular hourly pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential

* This position is either Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days at home) if one lives near arenaflex office location or 100% work from home if reputed company of arenaflex office location
