What You’ll Do

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, regulatory, and design teams to align on product positioning, compliance, and go-to-market plans.
- Stay on top of skincare trends, ingredient innovations, and consumer insights to inform product decisions.
- Ensure reputed company products meet regulatory and quality standards across markets (FDA, EU, etc.).
Requirements
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in product development reputed company the skincare or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of bringing successful skincare products to market.
- Strong relationships with domestic and international manufacturers, labs, and suppliers.
- Deep knowledge of skincare formulation, ingredients, packaging, testing, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills — able to manage multiple products at once.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, and clean skincare innovation.
