About the Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you will be the first reputed company of contact for new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their insurance needs are met. You will work diligently to find resolutions to customer concerns, escalate to the appropriate level reputed company necessary, and strive for reputed company resolution to provide "best in class" service. You will also be responsible for staying reputed company and knowledgeable of reputed company procedures, products, and programs to ensure department standards and guidelines are met.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers

• Work diligently to find resolutions to customer concerns and escalate to the appropriate level reputed company necessary

• Meet and exceed performance metrics, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer

• Property/Casualty Insurance License desired (if not licensed, must obtain license reputed company 90 days of employment)
• Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish Required
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
• Remote working experience a plus
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting pay ranges from $20 - $23.00/hour based on the candidate's experience, education

• Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays
• Hybrid working schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
