Job Description
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent to join reputed company in Omaha, NE. As a key member of reputed company, you will deliver quality service and insurance recommendations to reputed company and prospective arenaflex customers. This is a combined service and sales role with the expectation that sales vs. service responsibilities will be split based on business needs. reputed company sales leads are provided, and there is no outbound cold calling.
Responsibilities:
* Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to the appropriate level reputed company necessary
- Convey information reputed company, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer
- Strive for reputed company resolution in order to provide "best in class" service
- Stay reputed company and knowledgeable of reputed company procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer
Qualifications/reputed company sets:

Requirements:
* Property/Casualty Insurance License required
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills

Work Environment and Company Culture:
* This position is either Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days at home) if one lives near arenaflex office location or 100% work from home if reputed company of arenaflex office location
- In addition to regular hourly pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential
