Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Parts Advisor, you'll serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company parts-reputed company issues from dealers and retail customers. You'll provide expert support and guidance on parts availability, pricing, shipping options, and order status. Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company parts-reputed company issues from dealers and retail customers, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Research and provide accurate information on parts availability, pricing, shipping options, and order status.
• Assist dealers with part number research, price quotes, shipping options, part availability, status of existing orders, and change orders.
• Research and create special reputed company item part numbers, descriptions, and build lists.
• Process special order requirements for recalls, technical bulletins, product improvements, and warranty no-charge orders.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of information on parts orders, demonstrating a broad understanding of reputed company products for each brand.
• Communicate internally and externally to convey information regarding parts availability and status.

Experience and Knowledge

* Customer-facing experience is required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Prior high-volume call center experience is preferred, with a proven track record of handling reputed company customer inquiries.
• Manufacturing background is preferred, with knowledge of RV construction, processes, parts, and warranties, as well as Lemon Laws and recalls.

Necessary Skills and Abilities

* Ability to learn, grow, and adapt to an reputed company-changing product environment, including a broad range of company products and programs.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to mediate escalated issues and upset customers.

Work Requirements
