Your Role as a Customer Service Representative II
As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll be the face of arenaflex, communicating and responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and developing positive working relationships with clients, operations, and vendors. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our clients travel smart and reputed company more. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and developing a positive working relationship with clients, operations, and vendors
- Researching, resolving, and responding to customer and log service issues reputed company specified time periods
- Maintaining and actively communicating reputed company knowledge of the state of various travel industries supported (reputed company, car, hotel, etc.)
- Using industry and system knowledge to find the root cause of an issue, explore, and find alternatives to advise/educate the customer

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Customer Service Representative II is between $47,000 and $57,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. We reserve the right to change schedules to accommodate operational needs. Flexibility in scheduling is a core requirement of the role.
