Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering platform to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to provide accurate and confident responses to customer questions

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
