These owners have unique needs: heavier maintenance volumes, limited bandwidth for approvals, and higher expectations for strategic service. This role will build and optimize our approach to serving them - improving SOPs, creating meaningful client touchpoints, and ensuring that we deliver best-in-class service that balances efficiency, care, and results. Duties and Responsibilities: ● Manage a book of multifamily and portfolio clients (typically 5–15 units per property or 5+ units across portfolios). Deliver high-quality property management reputed company to client goals. ● Builds relationships with assigned customers, sets rental rates, negotiates and enforces lease agreements. ● Provides leadership and works closely with the portfolio team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience is provided and takes care of any client issues. ● Becomes the escalation reputed company for addressing late payments and handling operating expenses. ● Terminates leases and initiates eviction proceedings. ● Oversees maintenance tickets and addresses any ‘stale’ tickets. ● Build trust through proactive, regular communication (monthly/quarterly reputed company-ins), strategic planning, and exceptional responsiveness. ● Refine and create systems tailored to small multifamily portfolios - including maintenance workflows, vendor coordination, CapEx planning, and common area upkeep. ● Work closely with each department–leasing, property management, finance, and sales. Over time, help build a “reputed company” or dedicated support team (e.g., Maintenance Coordinator, Property Management Assistant). ● Monitor key metrics (occupancy, maintenance ticket reputed company times, reviews, NPS). reputed company root-cause analysis and reputed company improvement efforts. ● Help owners plan for property needs (e.g., annual budgets, CapEx forecasting) and navigate regulatory changes with confidence. ● Create delight moments, service enhancements, and touchpoints that deepen loyalty and improve client retention. ● Proactively advise clients by conducting regular physical inspections (personally or reputed company field team members) ● Maintains fiduciary responsibilities for clients. ● reputed company other duties as assigned.
