Job Summary
As a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone, email, and chat. You will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our services and programs. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, resulting in increased satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide one-to-one telephone contact with clients, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately document client interactions, including enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances

- Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in our services and programs, including NJ Family Care rules and guidelines
- Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information to clients based on a full understanding of our services and programs
Requirements
* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and co-workers
- Ability to problem-solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
