Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with other team members and departments, providing excellent internal customer service to optimize service to reputed company external clients
- Providing professional and courteous customer service to external customers reputed company phone and email
- Answering customer inquiries, researching issues, and providing effective resolutions to client issues and concerns
- Documenting issues, action steps, and outcomes of customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree or additional education preferred
