Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Manager of reputed company to reputed company our reputed company team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and reducing churn. You'll reputed company a team of reputed company Managers (CSMs), build scalable processes, and serve as a key liaison between customers and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the overall growth reputed company (GRR) of your team's portfolio

- reputed company and implement reputed company strategies to drive retention, satisfaction, and expansion
- Monitor customer health metrics and intervene to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a cohesive customer journey

- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Report on team performance, customer outcomes, and KPIs to senior leadership
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or reputed company field (Master's a plus)
