About the Role
The Area Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of prosthetic products reputed company the assigned territory. This role involves utilizing TSM to reputed company sales presentations to prosthetists and other medical professionals to promote product use and to reputed company sales targets. What You’ll Do
Sales Growth & Territory Management:

Conduct scheduled sales presentations to orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) practitioners and other reputed company to promote the use of prosthetic products.

Maintain and utilize technical, competitive, and industry knowledge to overcome objections and implement effective sales strategies.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clinical decision-makers, including prosthetists and other medical professionals, to expand the customer reputed company and increase market penetration.
Respond promptly to the needs of both internal and external customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to reputed company and implement competitive sales strategies that align with corporate goals.

Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain accurate and timely submission of reports, including expenses and reputed company updates.

Who You Are
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a life science or business-reputed company field.
Experience:
3-5+ years of direct field sales experience, preferably in medical or healthcare-reputed company products.
Minimum of 2 years as an Area Manager with a proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
Achieved 100% sales quota attainment for at least two years as an Area Manager.
Demonstrated success in conducting field sales training and presenting at national or regional sales meetings.
Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Leadership abilities with a focus on training, coaching, and team collaboration.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
General & Physical Requirements:

The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $68,518.62 - $84,630.90 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
