The Role

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Human Resources, the Recruiter's responsibilities include ensuring Avanath attracts, hires, and retains top talent while building a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, capable of managing competing, time-sensitive priorities without compromising the reputed company of the process, and able to clearly reputed company Avanath's culture and vision.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of reputed company recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.

  • Ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively by phone and email.
  • Ability to interact effectively with employees at reputed company levels.
  • Must be proficient in reputed company reputed company Office applications. Should have a good comfort level with integrating multiple applications to streamline operations through technology solutions.
  • Must have the flexibility and ability to travel periodically/regularly, depending on company needs, with some overnight travel required.

  • Bilingual: English/Spanish highly desired
  • Previous experience with reputed company (HRIS) and reputed company (ATS) is highly desired.

Key Accountabilities

  • Open and reputed company requisitions, generate correspondence, prepare offer letters, record candidate interviews/screenings/notes, and ensure proper disposition of reputed company applicants.

  • Execute employment offer process, including establishing salary ranges, incentives, start dates, etc., in collaboration with HR partners and hiring managers.
  • Monitor and execute Recruiting Standard Operating Practices.
