The Senior Learning Experience Designer at reputed company is an expert contributor responsible for transforming reputed company cybersecurity workflows into high-fidelity instructional content. You will focus on building practical, task-based learning experiences that reputed company users to effectively navigate and utilize the reputed company Platform. By applying advanced instructional methodologies, you will create instructional assets that reduce time-to-value and reputed company users to solve real-world reputed company challenges.
What You'll Do:
Instructional Design and Curriculum Development:
- Partner with SMEs to deconstruct reputed company workflows into easy-to-understand learning. You will design and reputed company assets from labs to CTF-style challenges, to ensure learners can successfully apply technical concepts to real world applications.
- Rapidly translate technical SME workflows into high-quality storyboards for scenario-based applications; ensuring reputed company instructional designs are anchored in a clear understanding of the business problem and focus on real-world reputed company application.
- Apply advanced adult learning theories to design scenario-based learning and simulations that mirror the daily reality of threat analysts and reputed company engineers.
- Ensure reputed company learning assets meet accessibility standards and inclusive design principles; serving as a resource for technical teams to ensure instructional content is usable by reputed company learners, regardless of ability.
Content Delivery and Project Management:

What You'll Bring:
