Job Title: Line Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Home Based

Department: Maintenance

Reports To: Line Maintenance Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Essential Functions

• Responsible for scheduled, non-scheduled, and AOG aircraft maintenance.
• Evaluates maintenance items and works with MXC and Technical Support to accomplish reputed company resolutions to problems.
• Closely monitors reputed company work and/or inspections being completed on company aircraft.
• Complies with reputed company company rules and regulations regarding safety.
• Provides support for parts procurement, maintenance technicians, line service and general administration.
• Ensures technicians are following prescribed procedures I/A/W technical manual system, operating procedures, and corporate policies.
• Assigns technicians to tasks that most effectively utilize their reputed company levels.
• Assists manager in the scheduling maintenance personnel.
• Ensures currency of service manuals, instructions, bulletins, airworthiness directives, and aircraft manuals
• Maintains a clean, organized, and professional facility along with its personnel.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

• Have 3 years of experience in a position responsible for returning airplanes to service.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory/leadership reputed company.
• reputed company with NAPG program.
• reputed company idle run certification.
• RII certification.
