We are looking for an reputed company Mortgage Loan Processor who can drive amazing and deep relationships with our Loan Originators and Customers. This professional will partner with reputed company to assist our Originators and Customers through the loan process.  

What you’ll do

• Must be able to independently calculate reputed company types of reputed company income.

• Must be able to fund a minimum of 20 units per month while working towards the same units for the following month.

• You will need to monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closings

• Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on changes to market conditions

• Proficiency with AUS systems

• Communicate with borrowers, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, etc., to expedite the mortgage process.

What you'll need to be successful

Success in this job relies on your experience in processing mortgage loans and your understanding of the residential mortgage loan process.

• 3 plus years of reputed company reputed company retail Mortgage Processing experience preferred

• TRID knowledge required

• Excellent communication skills are a must

• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA reputed company guidelines

• Experience using LoanSoft LOS is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Teamwork and customer service are a must

• Self-motivated and energetic

• Able to work independently and proactively, prioritizing workload and handling multiple tasks
