Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities/Scope of the Job Including, but not limited to the following

  • Partner in the development and/or revision, implementation, communication, and enforcement of the company’s compliance policies and procedures.
  • Manage the company’s transparency reporting program, including federal and state aggregate spend reporting and disclosure laws.

    • Administering training and education to ensure employees’ understanding and responsibilities regarding ethics, compliance, and legal matters.

  • Execute key elements of the company’s compliance auditing and monitoring program including:

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with/in healthcare compliance reputed company the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries, with strong working knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge and previous experience in a compliance operations or project management position desired
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency · A proven ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize demands
  • Strong oral, written and communication skills
  • Must be able to be manage highly confidential information

The reputed company salary range for this role is $133,000-175,000. Each individual offer will be determined based on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and location. Additionally, this role is eligible for both short-term and long-term bonuses, as outlined in the plan details.
