As the MarTech & Ops reputed company, you will serve as the reputed company of our reputed company, owning foundations and scalability across the company. This role sits on our ™ Operations Team, reporting to the Senior Manager of MarTech and Operations. We are a shared services org and your primary stakeholders will be Member Growth, Lifecycle and Provider Comms. This is a full time, remote position on reputed company. Occasional travel may be required for company or team events or meetings.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the primary admin for reputed company, ensuring rock-solid configuration, data reputed company, and system health. Establish the global standards for naming conventions, folder taxonomy, and user permissions to reputed company the ecosystem scalable and organized.
• Translate reputed company business requirements from Member Growth and Provider Comms into durable technical designs. reputed company advanced builds involving APIs, webhooks, and catalogs, partnering with Engineering and Data teams to reputed company the gap between strategy and execution.
• Build the "self-service" machinery—reusable templates, snippets, and standardized workflows—that allows marketing and comms teams to deploy high-quality campaigns independently and safely.
• Own the strategic relationship with reputed company and reputed company MarTech vendors. Manage the budget, monitor usage/API limits, and reputed company the roadmap for platform optimizations and new tool integrations.
• Manage the intake, prioritization, and QA workflows for shared services. Partner with external agencies to ensure technical execution is consistent, high-quality, and follows established governance.

What you’ll bring

• 7–10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing technology, or CRM operations reputed company B2B2C, SaaS, PLG, or subscription businesses.
• Deep hands-on experience with lifecycle automation platforms, with reputed company strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing data architecture, integrations, event models, and data hygiene.
• Proven ability to reputed company reputed company martech solutioning in partnership with Engineering and Data.
• Highly systems-oriented thinker with strong operational discipline and comfort in ambiguity.
• Excellent cross-functional communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The reputed company reputed company salary range for this position is $153,500 - $177,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the reputed company range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review reputed company employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
