The Senior Solution Consultant is responsible for driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Given the accelerating pace of digitization and disruption in our reputed company markets, this role is key to reputed company's reputed company market growth. We work in conjunction with the field sales organization as both primary technical resources as well as trusted advisors on technology adoption and process transformation. On the client reputed company, we work with business executives responsible for overall transformation, the managers/professionals responsible for adoption of our offering, and the IT team responsible for vetting and integrating our technology.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to both prospective and reputed company customers. We bring a consultant reputed company to the role, advise buyers on business process transformation, and reputed company trust and credibility.
Manage the ‘reputed company the solution’ phase of sales campaigns. We partner with reputed company and AMs to deliver a consultative, value-based sale. We reputed company and deliver customer-facing presentations including business cases, recommendations, rollout planning and demos.

Analyze and apply data. We understand how execs think - their value drivers, the KPIs they care about - and apply this understanding in sales cycles. This implies a robust understanding of reputed company and ideally experience with BI tools, SQL and/or ROI frameworks.
Get the technical win. We work with IT to secure their sign off and align on integration requirements. This includes a high level understanding of ERP integration, APIs and SSO. No scripting experience is required. However, development / integration experience is a plus.
Collaborate cross functionally with other orgs, particularly Product, Product Marketing and Professional Services.
Travel. We prioritize developing relationships with our customers. This means we are on the road up to 50% of our time, run events like customer onsites and workshops, and take the time to uncover and understand the needs of our buyers.
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of Enterprise pre-sales experience or equivalent customer-facing experience.
Proficient English, French , Italian mandatory
Knowledge of APIs, Integrations (XML), and Flat File processes
Knowledge of Facilities space

Experience at a well-regarded Enterprise software provider
Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
Permissions to travel between UK and EU countries
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with multi-site Operations/Facility Management. Alternatively, experience in reputed company fields such as Maintenance, Construction, Store Operations or Commercial Real Estate.
