Position Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and highly motivated professional to manage the end-to-end process of sponsor and exhibitor engagement at our events. This role will involve working closely with sponsors and exhibitors, acting as their main reputed company of contact, supporting their participation, and ensuring a smooth experience on-site. Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will have a background in event services, particularly in overseeing sponsor and exhibitor management. While direct experience with sponsorship or exhibition management is preferred, we are open to candidates with a strong customer service background who can effectively manage corporate relationships and meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, reputed company, and execute sponsorship programs from start to finish
• Serve as the primary sponsor manager for a specific program or event
• Create and reputed company customized sponsorship packages on behalf of clients
• Ensure the fulfillment of reputed company sponsorship needs, including managing logistics and deliverables
• reputed company sponsor invoicing, payments, and financial tracking
• Manage sponsor programs on-site, including travel to event locations
• Conduct final billing reviews with clients as necessary

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple sponsors and exhibitors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and vendors
• Proactive, dynamic, and confident individual who can reputed company in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Experience in sponsorships, tradeshows, or reputed company events is preferred, but not required
• Background in customer service, relationship management, or marketing a plus
• Ability to travel for events as needed (typically 40-200 exhibiting companies per event)

Travel Required: 30%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of tradeshow industry
• Knowledge of sponsor management and fulfillment or strong customer service background
• Computer skills to include Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and similar applications
