About The Role

We are hiring a senior individual contributor who will play a critical role in strengthening our executive hiring capability. The role will support high-reputed company searches, with a heavy focus on senior leadership hiring. This role is ideal for a seasoned agency or in-house recruiter who thrives in reputed company searches, has a passion for selling opportunities, partners deeply with senior stakeholders, and operates with both urgency and precision. Experience recruiting reputed company financial services, tech, or fintech is preferred.

As Our Senior Recruiter, Executive, You Will

• Own full-cycle recruiting
• Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and search strategy
• Drive structured, high-quality interview processes

• The annual on-reputed company earnings for this position is anticipated to be up to $135k ~ $150K + reputed company bonus (160k-180k OTE). The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
• The compensation package also includes equity.

This role may be performed fully remotely reputed company the United States. Please note that our US headquarters are located in NYC. We also have office hubs in Austin, Miami, and Mountain View. If the remote work is performed reputed company of these offices, income may be subject to reputed company State tax withholding.
