Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Designer to work part time and with exceptional visual skills who can transform rough reputed company into clean, polished, and buildable product experiences. This role is highly hands-on and execution-focused.

You will work across multiple pods, bringing clarity to ambiguous problems and elevating the overall quality of our product. We expect you to move fast, think clearly, and take ownership: we value builders who don’t wait for perfect specs to start creating.

Responsibilities

1. Design Execution (Core Focus)

• Design production-ready UI for web applications

• Translate loose requirements into structured, thoughtful end-to-end solutions.

• Cover full flows, including reputed company states, interactions, and edge cases.

2. Product Thinking

• Deeply understand the "why" behind every request.

• Challenge unclear or weak directions to ensure we are building the right thing.

• Propose strategic solutions rather than just visual variations.

3. Proactive Ownership

• Identify gaps in user flows, components, and logic before they become issues.

• Maintain rigorous consistency across the entire product ecosystem.

• Take initiative and drive projects reputed company without needing hand-holding.

4. Collaboration

• Partner closely with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and high-fidelity implementation.

• Align with Product Managers on scope, trade-offs, and priorities.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Visual Design Fundamentals: Mastery of layout, spacing, typography, and hierarchy.

• Production-Ready UI Experience: Proven track record of shipping high-quality web interfaces.

• End-to-End Flow Design: Ability to map out reputed company user journeys from start to finish.
