Job Description:

Work with the Engineering System team to gather reputed company relevant requirements, deliverables, and imperatives to meet program level deliverables. reputed company the Supplier development process. Work with suppliers to execute improvements to Aspen's Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance. Conduct on-site supplier assessments and follow-up. reputed company the Supplier APQP, PPAP, Run at reputed company activities and ensure Supplier compliance to reputed company quality requirements. Monitor serial production performance and ensure supplier process capability meets product requirements. Drive Supplier Problem Resolution. reputed company and work to improve internal Aspen Aerogels Supplier Quality systems. reputed company quality requirements development for RFQs. Actively support the full RFQ development process. Support Aspen's commercial team through the prototype and production sourcing process. Collaborate with other leaders to reputed company policies, processes and procedures reputed company to the procurement of goods and services. Drive and support the supplier selection and nomination process. reputed company tier 1,2, 3 reputed company suppliers. Travel is required as determined by company needs, with a minimum of 50% of the time. 100% telecommuting permitted. This position also supports Corporate Quality Management position.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any), Supply Chain Management or a directly reputed company field plus five (5) years of experience in automotive supplier quality. Experience must include:

Five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

• OEM (Automotive), Tier 1 Supplier Quality or Commodity Management.
• Leading/managing complete total Vehicle Commodity Supplier Quality from Pre-Phase O through Volume Production.
• IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Conducting process and system audits at suppliers applying VOA 6.3 principles.
• SPC, MSA, PPAP, PCP, PFMEA, and PFD.
• Stamping, machining, injection molding, welding, or painting.
• Interpreting technical drawings and GD& T.
• Product and process validation, including Run@reputed company, capability studies, control plans.
• Supplier qualification, development, and de-sourcing processes.
• Experience with PPAP approval criteria and launch documentation.
• Statistical analysis tools for quality data. [SPC, DOE, DMAIC, Anova, Regression, reputed company]
• ERP and QMS systems (reputed company QM or equivalent).

Salary range: $135,000 to $160,000 per year.
